Hand Holding Gold Compass
Stellar Arc Holistic

At Stellar Arc Holistic, I offer a space where your stories and struggles become pathways to resilience, wisdom, and new possibilities. Here, we don’t chase wholeness; we start from the truth that you’ve always been whole — deepened and revealed through life’s trials.

This work is about making ancient wisdom, modern science, and deeper insight meaningful in real life — the kind with family and personal relationships, work deadlines, and Monday mornings. Drawing from neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices, I translate what we understand about healing, coherence, and human experience into tools and perspectives that actually work in everyday life.

The focus isn’t on trying to change everything about your life, but on moving beyond self-improvement into embodied ways of relating to the one you already have — using the language, framework, and support that fits you.

If you’re ready for a different way of seeing — and experiencing — your life, I’m here to support you.

Individual and couples sessions are offered. You’re welcome to schedule a complimentary 20-minute conversation to see if this type of work resonates.

About me, and how I can help

If you’re curious about my credentials and certifications, you’ll find them below. They matter—but only in how they inform the depth and scope of how I work. They are not what defines this work.

What matters is why I do it.

I began this work informally decades ago—first, for myself.

For a long time, I lived inside a quiet belief that I was not enough. It wasn’t always spoken directly, but it was felt—over time, it became the lens through which I understood myself. And without anyone to reflect something different, that subtle disconnection from who I was became something deeper… a kind of internal separation that forms when too much is carried alone, for too long.

So instead of developing who I was, I learned how to adapt.
To become highly functional. Highly capable. To meet expectations, hold everything together, and keep moving forward—no matter the cost. From the outside, it worked. But internally, it came with a quiet distance from myself that I didn’t yet have language for.

Like many people, I went searching for answers. I immersed myself in self-help programs, personal development work, meditation practices, and spiritual teachings—trying to fix what I believed was broken, trying to become someone who finally felt whole.

But even after decades of effort, I was still left with the same questions:

Who am I?
And whose life is this?

When the lens I was living through was “something is wrong with me,” applying every tool I could find only reinforced that belief. What eventually became clear was this: the problem wasn’t me—it was the perspective I was trying to heal from.

Disconnection from self is often wordless. It doesn’t resolve through more effort or better strategies alone—it requires a shift beyond the frameworks that created it, into a different kind of awareness and integration.

It is from that shift—that return to self—that I do this work. Not to give you another process or tell you who to become, but to support a different way of seeing and relating to yourself—one that allows for regulation, coherence, and embodied change.

Because nothing is wrong with you.

I’m here to help you recognize what has always been true—that your survival shaped your strengths, your resilience became wisdom, and the parts of you you learned to hide are often the very ones carrying your brilliance.

This work is about remembering who you’ve always been—and integrating that knowing into how you live, relate, and move through the world.

That is why I do what I do.

If support would feel helpful, you’re welcome to reach out.
