Your Patterns Don't Live in Your Thinking. They Live in Your Nervous System.

Trauma-informed, somatic coaching to help you regulate at the level where lasting change actually happens.

Trauma-Informed and Somatic Care

You can understand your patterns completely and still find yourself reacting the same way under pressure. That's not a failure of insight. It's because the patterns don't live in your thinking. They live in your nervous system.

It is nervous system regulation coaching that works with the body directly, using trauma-sensitive practices to help you recognize and shift the responses that talk alone rarely reaches: overfunctioning, hypervigilance, shutdown, and the exhaustion of staying "on" all the time.

Who This Is For

This pillar tends to resonate most with people who've already done significant self-work, cognitively understand their history and their triggers, and still feel stuck reacting the same way. If insight alone hasn't been enough, this is usually why: the nervous system needs its own kind of practice, separate from understanding.

It's also a strong fit if you recognize yourself as someone who overfunctions, holds it together for everyone else, or feels like your body is perpetually bracing for the next thing, even when nothing is currently wrong.

What I Do

I work directly with your nervous system, using trauma-informed and somatic methods to help you build regulation you can actually feel and rely on. In practice, that means:

Mapping your patterns.

We identify how your nervous system responds to stress right now: where you brace, shut down, overfunction, or go into fight, flight, or freeze, and what tends to trigger it.

Building somatic awareness.

Using Applied Polyvagal Theory and body-based tracking, you learn to notice activation earlier, before it takes over a conversation, a decision, or your whole day.

Working with parts, not just symptoms.

Through Internal Family Systems, we get curious about the different parts of you (the one that overfunctions, the one that shuts down, the one that's exhausted from holding it all together) and help them work together instead of against each other.

Using EFT/Tapping and somatic tools in session.

These give your nervous system a direct, embodied way to release activation in real time, not just talk about it.

Practicing regulation, not just insight.

Each session builds your actual capacity to self-regulate outside of session: at work, in conflict, in the moments that used to knock you off center.

This isn't about reliving every difficult experience in detail. It's gentler and more embodied than traditional talk-based trauma processing, focused on building safety in the present rather than re-entering the past over and over.

Where to Start

This work happens in individual sessions, and often shows up in couples sessions too, since nervous system patterns rarely stay contained to just one person in a relationship.

If you're not sure yet, a short conversation is a good place to find out.
