Creation and Coherence

I'm beginning to realize that I've spent years thinking coherence was the destination.
Something I practiced. Something I cultivated. Something I could achieve.
And if I'm honest...
something I hoped to become good enough at that I could eventually teach it to others.
What I never expected was that coherence would quietly become something else entirely.
Not a destination. Not even a practice. But a way of relating to life.
And from that new view of the relationship...
something remarkable began to happen.
Creation stopped feeling like something I did.
It became something I participated in.
For most of my life, I believed that what I created was for someone else.
I wrote to teach. I marketed to attract. I healed to help.
Even when those intentions were sincere, they still carried an older assumption:
That something outside of me needed my energy or assistance.
That someone needed to be reached, convinced, or healed.
But now I'm wondering-
What if every act of authentic creation is, first and foremost, an exploration of my own becoming?
Every workshop. Every conversation. Every article. Every offering. Not created to convince. Not created to fix. Not even created to help.
But created because something real is moving through me and wants to be expressed.
I'm beginning to notice that when I create in coherence with that space, something shifts.
The creation expands me.
It reshapes how I think, how I respond, and how I experience life.
It reveals parts of myself—and of life—I couldn't see before.
And then, almost as a byproduct (but so much more potent), what I've created becomes available to others.
Not because it's finished.
Not because it's perfect.
But because it's my truth.
Because it emerged from coherence with self, rather than from striving for self to "become" someone or something else.
And I wonder if this is what genuine service begins to look like.
Not carrying someone else's burden. Not rescuing them. Not trying to change their experience.
But tending to my own coherence so fully that new possibilities naturally become available within the relational field we share.
Not because I created those possibilities for them.
Because I became willing to discover them within myself.
To me, that feels like profound respect.
Respect for life's own intelligence.
Respect for personal sovereignty.
Respect for the understanding that real transformation cannot be given, managed, or forced.
It can only be encountered when we are ready to meet it.
Perhaps coherence was never the destination.
Perhaps it was simply the place from which authentic creation could finally begin.
