What If Transformation Isn't Something You Fix Your Way Into?
At Stellar Arc Holistic, I create experiences and conversations that help people reconnect with what's already present beneath the striving, self-improvement, and survival patterns so many of us have learned to live inside.
Drawing from neuroscience, trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and coherence practices, this online trauma-informed coaching approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern understanding in ways that hold up in real life. The kind with relationships, responsibilities, uncertainty, and Monday mornings.
Because healing isn't always something we pursue. Sometimes it's what happens when we stop organizing our lives around the belief that we're broken.
Most approaches to change ask you to work harder at becoming someone else. This one asks something different: what if you stopped treating yourself as a project that isn't finished yet? The work moves through three interconnected pillars, each approaching that question from a different angle, and together they form a complete picture of how change actually happens in the body, the nervous system, and the relationships around you.
Trauma-Informed & Somatic Care
Nervous system regulation coaching that works with the body, not just the mind. Talk-based approaches can help you understand your patterns intellectually, but understanding alone rarely changes how you react under pressure. That change happens somewhere else: in the nervous system, in the body's learned responses to stress and threat.
Trauma-sensitive, somatic practices help you recognize and shift patterns of overfunctioning, hypervigilance, and shutdown at the level where they actually live. Over time, this builds a felt sense of safety that doesn't depend on circumstances staying calm around you.

Beyond Self-Improvement
For people who've done the work, learned the frameworks, read the books, and are still asking why it doesn't feel like enough. This pillar exists for exactly that question.
It's about stepping outside the belief that you're a project to complete, a version of yourself still waiting to be earned through enough effort or insight. Instead, this work explores what becomes available when you stop organizing your life around becoming, and start paying attention to what was never actually missing in the first place.
Coherence & HeartMath
As a HeartMath® certified practitioner, I use heart-brain coherence practices to build physiological and emotional steadiness, so regulation becomes something you can access in daily life, not just in a session.
Coherence is a measurable state, a rhythm of alignment between heart, mind, and emotion that shows up in your physiology, not just your mindset. Practicing it consistently changes how your body responds to stress before a difficult moment even arrives, which means you carry the work with you long after the session ends.

How These Pillars Work Together
None of these three pillars stand entirely alone. Somatic regulation gives you access to coherence practices that would otherwise feel abstract.
Coherence gives your nervous system the steadiness to question the self-improvement patterns that somatic work alone can't always reach. And stepping beyond self-improvement changes how you show up in every session, individual, couples, or group, that follows.
Together, we cultivate the conditions where greater clarity, connection, coherence, and possibility can naturally emerge.
