Experience Changes Things
Workshops built to be felt, not just listened to, held online for teams, communities, and groups.

Most workshops follow the same shape: someone stands at the front, teaches information to a room, and everyone leaves with notes.
That model rarely changes anything at the level where change actually needs to happen. These workshops are built differently: less teaching information to a room, more creating a relational field where something can actually be experienced, together, in real time.
A co-creative space, not a lecture with a Q&A at the end.

How a Workshop Unfolds
Arrive and settle.
The group starts by coming into the room together, literally and physiologically.
Practice together.
Somatic awareness and coherence exercises, done as a group rather than described to one.
Notice what shifts.
Time built in to feel what's changing, individually and in the room as a whole.
Carry it forward.
Practices designed to travel with the group after the workshop ends, not stay inside it.

Why Groups Move Faster Together
Regulation is contagious. A group that practices settling together builds capacity faster than the same individuals working alone, because the nervous system takes cues from the people around it.
When a room learns to return to coherence together, that skill travels forward as something the whole group carries, not just something each person tries to remember on their own. Workshops are held entirely online.
