Beyond the Modality

For practitioners who know their models well, and sense the person in front of them is always larger than the model.

If you're a coach, healer, or therapist, you didn't get here without real insight and experience.

You know your frameworks, and how to apply them. You've also probably noticed the moments when the person in front of you doesn't quite fit the model, when something more nuanced is happening that the framework alone can't fully hold. This work is for that gap: not to discard your training, but to help you trust what's beyond it.

What This Includes

This isn't clinical supervision, and it isn't another certification to add to your list. It's a working relationship built around trusting yourself as much as your training.

Examining how you hold space, session to session, including where your own nervous system shows up while you're holding it for someone else

Working with your own patterns directly, since practitioners often carry the exact overfunctioning or self-doubt they help clients move through, usually with far less support for themselves

Building trust in what the model doesn't cover: nuance, energy, story, presence, creativity, the relational field, and whatever is emerging in a session that no framework predicted

Expanding your practice from the inside, so your methods and your own presence move in the same direction

A Note on Fit

This tends to resonate most with practitioners who are already skilled in their modality and sense there's more available than the modality alone accounts for, and especially with practitioners feeling the specific kind of depletion that comes from holding space for everyone else while getting little support themselves.

Individual consulting and small cohorts are both available, held online.
